Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Honey And Biscuit Boutique If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

We have a 30 Day no hassle return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving your order to send your return. We do extend this time over the Christmas period to 39 Days dew to being closed.  

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Sale or seconds items cannot be returned. 

We recommend that you carefully try new items indoors, just in case you need to return them. Any Accessories that have dog hair on can not be exchanged or refunded.

Please note: PERSONALISED ID TAGS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

RETURNS PROCESS:

1. Pop your item(s) in a packaging bag with your packing slip. Please make a note of which items you are returning and why. 

2. Post back to us (we advise you use a tracked service):

It can take up to 5 working days for the refund to show in your bank account.

Faulty/damaged items

Please inspect the items upon receiving your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

We do not offer returns or refunds on custom/pre-ordered items such as pre-ordered apparel as these are made to order items.

Found the perfect style but not the perfect fit? No worries!

At Honey And Biscuit Boutique, we understand that sometimes sizing can be tricky when shopping online. That's why we offer a simple no hassle exchange process for all our pawsome accessories.

How Our Exchanges Work:

  1. If you need a different size of the same product, please contact us at Returns@honeyandbiscuitboutique.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. In your email, please include: • Your order number • The item you wish to exchange • The new size you require • Your shipping address

  3. Return Shipping: While we cover the cost of your initial delivery, return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.

  4. Once we receive your returned item (in unworn, original condition with tags attached), we'll promptly ship out your new size.

  5. Your exchanged item will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of receiving your return.

Important Notes: • All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. • Any free gifts included with your original purchase must be returned with your exchange to avoid deductions. • This exchange policy applies to size issues only. The deadline for cancelling an Order is anytime prior to receiving your order shipment email.
