📦 Dispatch Times

We work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible! We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. During busy periods this may take up to 2-3 working days — but we'll always keep you updated.

Once dispatched you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs & Import Charges: International orders may be subject to local customs charges or import taxes on arrival. These are set by your country's customs authority and are beyond our control. If you're unsure, we'd recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

📬 Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels

We take great care packing every order, but once your parcel is in the hands of the courier, delivery is their responsibility. In the rare event that your parcel hasn't arrived or has arrived damaged, please don't panic — we're here to help!

Contact us at support@honeyandbiscuitboutique.co.uk and we'll do everything we can to support you in raising a claim with the carrier. While the outcome of any claim is ultimately the carrier's decision, we'll be with you every step of the way.

Please allow 5 working days from your expected delivery date before getting in touch, as parcels can occasionally take a little longer than expected.
