Getting the fit right is the most important part, and it's easier than it looks.

Grab a soft tape measure and pop it around the widest part of your dog's chest, just behind the front legs. That chest measurement is the one that matters most. No tape measure to hand? A phone charger cable works a treat, just hold it against a ruler afterwards.

Now match the chest measurement to a size.

  • XXS Chest 28–38cm, Neck 24–32cm
  • XS Chest 33–47cm, Neck 29–36cm
  • S Chest 40–55cm, Neck 35–44cm
  • M Chest 43–63cm, Neck 38–51cm
  • L Chest 56–81cm, Neck 44–57cm

Between two sizes? We usually suggest sizing up. Every harness adjusts down for a snug, no-pull fit, so a little room to grow is never a bad thing.

One little note on our XXS. This size has a single D-ring on the back rather than a front one. On such a tiny harness a front D-ring would overpower the fit, so we've kept it clean and comfortable for our smallest pups.
